Towing
– Mega Hire staff will assist in connecting the trailer to the hirers/drivers vehicle but it remains the responsibility of the hirer/driver to ensure trailer is correctly fitted to the tow vehicle before leaving hire depot and throughout period of hire
– The towing vehicle and towbar’s maximum rated towing capacity must exceed the laden weight of the trailer

Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL, and other top global carriers, we are able offer a variety shipping options. Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being shipped. We deliver to thousands of customers every day in a variety of countries. This shows our commitment to being the largest retailer on the internet. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and in the USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
