Towing
– Mega Hire staff will assist in connecting the trailer to the hirers/drivers vehicle but it remains the responsibility of the hirer/driver to ensure trailer is correctly fitted to the tow vehicle before leaving hire depot and throughout period of hire
– The towing vehicle and towbar’s maximum rated towing capacity must exceed the laden weight of the trailer
– Certification is not required to operate this machine, however you must be competent to do so
– Employers hiring for their employees have a ‘Duty of Care’ responsibility under the Act
– Mega Hire will provide instruction, however it is the customer’s responsibility to operate this machine safely
– Operators Manual to be read prior to operating this machine (available from the product page on megahire.com.au)

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
